Whether you're a first-time buyer or returning customer, we want to ensure that your experience with us is smooth ad satisfactory, right from placing your order to the moment it arrives at your doorstep.

Jiva Enterprises proudly offers shipping services. Be assured we are doing everything in our
power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.
1. SHIPPING
All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Product will take minimum 1 day and maximum 3 days to dispatch. Product will be delivered within 4-7days. It will take 7-12 days in case of emergency condition.
2. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.
We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
3. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.
4. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
Jiva Enterprises is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.
5. RETURN REQUEST DAYS
Jiva Enterprises allows you to return its item (s) within a period of 5 days. Kindly be advised that the item (s) should be returned unopened and unused.
6. OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS
In case of out-of-stock, Jiva Enterprises Send available items first and send remaining items when items arrive back in stock
7. IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES
When working with Jiva Enterprises, you have the following options when it comes to taxes as well and import taxes: pre-paid and included in price of order

1) When will my products be delivered?
Product will be delivered within 7 working days. However, due to any unforeseen events or circumstances, the delivery can get delayed. We will inform you regarding the situation.
2) My order was due for delivery yesterday, but I have still not received it?
Kindly inform us about it ASAP with your order details so we can look into it.
3) Can I place an order on call ?
To ensure a smooth order experience, we do not offer on call order option. You can checkout our website and order your favourite products after looking at the pictures and the description.
4) What is the Return and Replacement Policy?
We keep customer satisfaction and best quality delivery as our topmost priorities. We offer a 5 days window for replacement. In case you receive wrong products, or damaged products, kindly inform us within 5 days.
5) What are your delivery charges?
We provide free delivery on all orders across India.
6) What is the minimum cart value or the minimum amount of order I can place?
Currently we have a minimum cart value of INR 500, i.e. you need to place a minimum order of INR 500 with us.
7) Does Jiva Enterprises offers Cash On Delivery (COD)? Can I pay on delivery?
We currently do not offer postpaid order facility. Jiva is a young startup and our delivery partners are not fully equipped with cash management
8) How can I change the delivery address / I entered incomplete delivery address?
Kindly contact us as soon as possible with your order number and complete/updated delivery address.
