Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards (All Type)
  • Debit Cards
  • UPI (for customers in India)
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.
Note :- COD ( we do not offer Cash on Delivery currently)

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway partners. We do not store your credit/debit card information on our servers.

2. Currency

All transactions on our website are processed in [Your Local Currency, e.g., INR for India]. If you are shopping from outside the country, currency conversion charges may apply as per your bank’s policy.

3. Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, please contact our customer support.

4. Payment Failures

If your payment fails during checkout:

  • Please verify your payment details and try again.
  • If funds have been deducted but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded within 4–7 business days. If not, contact our support with proof of payment.

5. Security

We take your payment security seriously. All transactions are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. For added protection, 3D Secure authentication is used for online card transactions.
